A: Add author name, HZ version number & last edited date to every help page/section

Objective: Expose outdated pages, get quick overviews on needed updates, encourage users to contribute.
Included should also be an index of all help pages & sections within, indicating their respective HZ version number.

B: Bypass dysfunct links in help, index, full text search

Objective: Make help accessible again based on an index.
Many links within the HZ help don't work. Some links are outdated, others point to pages and #ids within, which redirect to https://hubzilla.org/help/en/about/about upon accessing.
This and a missing full text search lead new users to using a normal search engine to find entries within the help section.
Improving this needs a good thought first.
Also: If Hubzilla help would work internally, then one might consider, if search engine crawling is a good idea on help pages in general.

C: Quick help

Why?
Objective: Quick help is intended for non-coders & converts from other federating platforms to quickly find their way around using Hubzilla as a Social Media.
Method: Explain things from a user perspective. Keep information brief and writte from the view point of someone, who prefers - or can't do more, than - to click a button, that says, what it does.
