Documentation contribution

Have created a directory in module 'files' for documentation changes to be made and distributed. The permissions of the directory and first file have both been set to 'hubzilla contribute' forum. Would be useful to know if those that have 'hubzilla contribute' as a 'connection' are able to view the file.
Also created mercurial repository for version control, if anyone is interested.

@od use the app privacy groups. If installed, you find it under /group

I think if you want the members of the group to be the same as the connections to a forum channel, there's no other way than to add these manually to the group. But again, I'm not the right person to answer that.
