Stop notifications of my own actions (likes, not comments)

@!Hubzilla Support Forum Is there a way to stop forum or other threads' notifications, when only notifying myself of my own like (edit: not of a comment etc.) ?

Is there seen notifications, which i could see again?

No not for the unseen items notifications. Notices however are accessible from the Notices tab (exclamation mark icon) in the HQ widget or via /notifications
