Disable public/unregistered search
Is there any way to disable the search function for people who aren't signed in? This can be a detriment to resource usage. It wouldn't be hard, I don't think, to disable the actual search button in the case that someone isn't signed in, but that doesn't prevent them from searching directly via the URL.
