Is there any possibility to bulk import followers/follows/content from an Masto host to hubzilla?

tl;dr: No.

Longer answer: Twitter's concept of followers and followed being separate as implemented by Mastodon doesn't translate well to Facebook's friends concept of always-mutual connections as implemented by Hubzilla. And you can't import followers because you can't force anyone to follow you.
