Bug202407260920 duplicate view of files in hq view
The 'help' file has bee edited and attemped to share (see

At file upload, the original file was not replaced, but a new file with suffix (1) in the filename, added to the directory.. To "tidy", the old file was deleted and the new file re-named (the suffix was removed)
After sign-in at a later date, the 'hq' view shows _three_files: the original file, the new file with suffix, the new file with suffix removed. Each file shows 'x days ago' underneath.
Navigated to the module 'files'. There is no a directory (named 'yyyy-mm'), which contains the new files. This directory was created automatically.
The original file remains, when it should have been deleted.
