Hi there,

I have installed a new hub and did use a mailaddress for the admin which doesn't exist any longer. Is there a way to change the admin user's mailaddress without killing the hub?

(Or maybe I should start from scratch as I have some weird AP issues on this one. I could connect to a mastodon account, but that account couldn't follow back. Or when this Mastodon account tries to follow me, I don't get a message.)

Once your account is the admin account (after installation and registration of the first account), it shouldn't be a problem to change the address. What happens in the background after you set up a new hub is that the account created with the e-mail address you put in as admin address during setup (usually the first one) is that the account gets a flag in the database marking it as admin. As far as I know, changing the e-mail address later doesn't affect that.

No. You can do that from /settings/account
