Another Cloning Question
In general the cloning of channels works perfectly.
If you have existing clones, the synchronization of posts, folders, files etc. between the clones happens within seconds.
If you create a new clone, the existing channel will be exported using the Export Channel app. This way the channel, connections, configurations, apps, posts, wikis, webpages, calendar and chatrooms can be exported and subsequently imported in a new channel by selecting /import_items. This also works perfectly.
My questions is regarding files: If there are existing files in a channel and the channel is cloned, the existing file storage is currently not transferred to the new clone. Only new files are synchronized.
Is there a possibility to transfer also the existing, old file storage to a newly created clone? Some time ago there was a Content Importer app available, which - I think - could be used for this purpose. Is this app still available or is there an alternative app?
Would it maybe make sense to include the export of the file storage in the Export Channel dialogue?
