Re-install of addons

I noticed in the change log of Hubzilla version 7.6.1 that for three addons a re-install is required.

Cards: fix widget not implemented via pdl file (requires re-install)
Articles: fix widget not implemented via pdl file (requires re-install)
Wiki: fix widget not implemented via pdl file (requires re-install)

Shall the re-installing be executed by the admin or by the channels or by both?

Disable and re-enable the addons from the admin panel.

The re-install was required to register the widgets for the addons.
