How can i reinstall and relink an add-on, which got accidentally deleted from both /extend/addon/hzaddons and its counterpart /addons?

util/udall doesn't reinstall the missing addon it just so.

Try

cd extend/addon/hzaddons/
git reset --hard

Is the addon still in the hzaddons git repository? And did you install it via the command line?
