Desktop notifications

I know that desktop notifications have been available for a while now, and I did enable them from the settings, but I never seem to get them. Is there a server configuration that I'm maybe missing?

@Mario Vavti You could add a section for desktop notifications in the notification settings, just like there are two separate sections for e-mail and visual notifications.

Or a setting that shows desktop notifications for everything that's enabled under visual notifications, which would probably be less work.

I noticed that you can follow particular posts. Maybe we need to copy YouTube and distinguish between following and getting notifications, that way people get a choice.
