I try to install hubzilla on ubuntu20.4 but I have this error
PHP version 8.0 or greater is required.

I installed php8.1 but still the same message. I cannot go further

Strangely on the same server I have an other instance. I upgrated it and it works.

I'm glad it worked. For reference,

when I did php --version I have
PHP 8.1.8

This is only the command line version of PHP. The version Apache uses is set with the a2enmod / a2dismod commands.
