find the emojis used in core under

are a bit outdated

What do you think about replacing them even with animated Emojis taken from this set:

Personally, I don't like animations, in emojis or anywhere else. They're too distracting.

@Phil Bass its for the emoji react app function - so the purpose for this icons is to express and attract attention.. or not?
