Internal links on Wikis

Hi! Newbie in hubzilla. Got my own home hub running.
Building a Wiki.
Is there an easier shorter way for internal links than to include the full markdown syntax with the full relative URL link in markdown syntax?
[blablablalink](/username/wiki/wikiname/wikipage)
I suppose there is no CamelCase, but an easier/more direct way maybe? At least a way to avoid the /username/wiki/wikiname path?

Thanks Tanja! But I dont get whats the advabtage BBcode is giving you over markdown? Its not relative links, so what is it?

For relative links in wikis you can use [[page_name]] IIRC.
