Option selected 'create new'
page content type, html
page layout, default is empty, left empty, no new layout created
in text box, html code copied

What is the syntax to apply a stylesheet for the web page created?

The style sheet is in /webserver/hubzilladirectory/view/css/

If you want to give Hubzilla web pages with Foundation 6 a try, you need to create a Zen based template which first includes jQuery and then Foundation like the one below. When you then create a new web page, just select this layout, and it should just work. As long as you do not use features from more recent versions of Foundation than the one in Hubzilla - see info on documentation in Part 2, you should be OK.
