Unfortunately, there are too many questions for my new installation, which remain unanswered despite friendly help here in the forum.

Unfortunately, Hubzilla seems to be EOL from my point of view

Therefore, in the next few days, I will, with regret, close my instance.

Hubzilla is certainly not EOL. A lot of us are working behind the scenes to advance the project.

The biggest challenge is that several different unique skills are required to make a project like this work, and we are missing some of the pieces.

For example, development and technical writing are unique skills, and it is rare that a person is excellent at both of those skills.

But, we are working on that.

I've been absent because of personal reasons, which I won't elaborate on, but I'm back and we'll get this thing going again. New themes, new documentation, and perhaps even a new support organization.
