Probably not, see here:

SSL is REQUIRED and you MUST use a "browser-valid" certificate. You MUST NOT
use self-signed certificates!

If you have your own domain, I suppose you could always generate a Let's Encrypt certificate and download it to use locally. Generate it for a subdomain, if you have the option to create one, and then put
127.0.0.1 your.subdomain.tld
in /etc/hosts.

After you generated the certificate, you could even delete the subdomain; with the aforementioned entry in /etc/hosts, you will still be able to access it from that computer.

If your instance is going to be something long-term that you want to have locally and do not want to have to remember to renew the SSL Cert every few months, you can use a nifty tool called Dehydrated: https://dehydrated.io/

I have a few domains that are VPN Access-only for various office applications, so I use Dehydrated to keep the ssl certs up-to-date since the domains are not publicly available.

The domains use CloudFlare DNS, and there is a Dehydrated/Cloudflare hook:

I had to dinker around quite a bit to get it set up/working, but once it I had it, it has been chugging along with no interaction on my part for several years now.
