Does the Zot protocol support comment threads? For example:

Under "conversation features" you may have to set "Allow to reply on comment"

I'm aware of the @replies, but I was wondering if the protocol allows for keeping track of replies to comments, so you could do comment sub-threading, instead of a single thread of comments

Yes, comment threads are supported. Display is linear though...
