I have a little blackout - I did the upgrade util/udall. Everything ok, no error message.

Updating dsh
Already up to date.
Updating hzaddons
Already up to date.

The admin panel shows me now the message to upgrade the installation.

What I have forgotten? Do I have make reboot? Where and how?

Recent git version 2.35.2 checks directory ownership and throws an error if it thinks it's not correct. See here: #^https://stackoverflow.com/a/71941707

You might need to run git config --global --add safe.directory /path/to/your/repo for both your core and addon repos to fix it.
