RSS refresh
How exactly work reading of RSS feed? I couldn't find it anywhere.
Some feeds are refreshing immediately(space.com), some feed with delay(spaceflightnow.com), some of them doesn't(APoD).
Would like to understand it(do not show me code if it's not bash or PLSQL, pls 😉). 🙏
