Bug concerning special characters in summaries

Hubzilla shows a bug when there are special characters in summaries: They're converted into HTML entities, e.g. from " to ", but they stay HTML entities when not appropriate, such as when sending a post through PubCrawl or when it's edited.

I've filed a bug report already.
