They are writing an #ActivityPub plugin that will follow the group federation features laid out by @Lemmy

The work will be done by Pavilion Coöperative and has already received funding through #NGI's https://dapsi.ngi.eu program.

The lemmy way of doing forums/groups is not implemented yet. It will require some work to get there :)
