Issue with lang app

I observed a strange behavior with the lang app in #Hubzilla.
If I don't have the lang app installed, on my own channel the lang app is not showing in the system apps menu. Which is the expected behavior. On the other hand, it's shown in the system apps menu when visiting (logged in as me) an other channel, if this channel has the lang app installed. Which is again the expected behavior. Now comes the strange thing: If the visited channel is on another hub, everything is fine. I can switch the language on this other channel. If the visited channel is on my own hub, when clicking on the lang app in the system apps menu, I get an error message, that the lang app is not installed.
Is this the expected behavior?

Ok I was wrong. On the visited channel on my hub, the lang app was neither installed. After installing it there, the app can be used by the visitor. But maybe it would be best if the lang app is not be shown at all in the system apps menu if it's not installed?
