Hello since this morning i see post from a user i don't know on public stream these are porn post and i delete them still does do it one by one is there a way to block this particular user from public stream ?

You need to install the superblock addon first. Go to Admin > Addons first to enable for the site, then go to /apps/available to install for your channel. Then you can block people by clicking on their profile icon, as @Papa Dragon says.
