Why can I not edit my own post on this forum?

I want to make a post and edit it. But, I can't. I can still edit my own replies to forum posts. Is it an inherent limitation of zot protocol?

Why are modifications to original messages and comments to original messages are ignored?

@oxygen-cat very good screenpics shown to tell the problem and @Witcraft good explains about what may causing such. Indeed, more help docs are needed to tell the users what happens in the communication depending on DM (the @! stuff), depending on posting on other walls, depending on how to react in the stream etc.
