Migrating Hubzilla

I need to move my Hubzilla installation to another server. Everything will stay the same: url, user accounts, etc. What special considerations do I need to take to move my site?

Stop http server first on old server before any data migration.
Do not start http server and cron job on new site until you have fully restored DB and storage data.
Check if PHP path in config works on new site.
