Sorting of Posts in a HZ stream
I was just looking at the pubstream of hub pericles hu where I am registered user. I could not understand what is the default logic for chronlogy of posts

Should not "minutes ago" always be at the topmost followed by "hours ago" and then days etc ? Yes "minutes ago" can be at the bottom-most also (reverse chronology). But here, in this pubstream posts seem to come one after another at random. Or is that something the site Admin has chosen to be random instead of time-sorted? So, any idea what is happening?
