Direct Messages filter shows up empty
Hey, a user at my hub is having some issues with the Direct Messages filter. It shows up empty, even though she has received private/direct messages. The private messages shows up normally in the network stream, but not with the direct messages filter active.
I can not replicate this behaviour, neither on my main channel nor another channel where I tested.
Anybody has any hints on where and what to look for to find the cause of this?
