Yes. The issue was that the block that serves the htmlheader was suddenly emptied. For whatever reason.
I have encountered problems with it as well on a test channel that I was just debugging etc. I have put it on my list for further debugging.

I see there stil are problems with some icons. I think I have an idea, where that issue lies. Though I cannot resolve that today. But just so you know that I know.

the missing icons thing is new and on mobile only (android, both Firefox and Chrome).
Now THAT rules out what I thought and reverts to "I don't have a clue".
It will most likely resolve with the new webpage that is in the works.
