Hello! How do I enable Conversation tools (reply-to comments, tagging) for all my entries after (involuntary) migration?

Click on the cogwheel on the right bottom corner of for example your post. There you will find the conversation tools and then will find the selector for reply-to-comments.
Allow others to tag your posts ... I cannot find that setting as well right now.

In fact if you enable them at any item, they will be enabled for all items. You just have access to the tools in every item for convenience...
