Unable to register new accounts

I am now running Hubzilla 6.2.2
When someone tries to register, after filling up the registration-form the message Unknown or expired ID is shown.
They get the verification mail however, but clicking on the link shows a blank page.
In the admin interface I cannot see any trace of a potential new account.

I convinced some friends to switch from fb to Hubzilla and now this!
Any help welcome!

The main reason for the message is caused by the expiration of the register request is exceeded. In case you switch the registration policy between yes/yesWithApproval and an admin nether allowed nor denied the request, it will expire after 3 days of the registration date/time. If the users register with their email addresses, they have to confirm their valid email addresses by following the link (.../regate/...) told in the sent email within 3 days. Afterwards, the register request is not more useable forever. A 2nd register request with the same email address will be rejected until the unfinished requests are present (not cleaned) in the register table.

Have tried to register on your hub and have received the email to verify. But regate told me the same what you reported. Can you tell via admin/accounts, what date the last account on your site was created?

Sorry, don't know. But when I had similiar problems and found the reason for, the delivery then was late but well. It's urgent and important we will find the reason for your problems.
(My problem in past was an exotic error in the php cli configuration; thus the crons did not run successpully).
Btw, have sent a PM to your channel and delivery report says nothing. Thus, you most probably will not see it. Also I made a connection to your channel and have the red signs. That telling allowed is nothing.
For an intermediate communication I suggest you to register at Mark's #^https://hub.netzgemeinde.eu/register (where you find me as hilmar@...) or my #^https://zapalot.in-eu.net/register (where I'm hi-u@...) for the case @Mario Vavti has no adhoc idea.

Two days ago I registered myself on the hub in question and received the email to verify the email. Thus, sure registry was open, but regate told Unknown or expired ID as well.

Hubzilla asks for a token, but the mail does not mention anything about a token.

In which language have you got the mail?

Later I found out that the token is the last part of the supposed confirmation URL

That is not true. The token is a separate string and has nothing todo with the provided URL...

It is a recurring scenario that suspicions about errors in Hubzilla are published in the Hubzilla infrastructure and communication about this is disrupted due to unreliable message transmission.
