Hubzilla problems

I've been having some issues with Hubzilla, which I'm going to explain in this text as well as I can.
I created my account at Zotum.net (Hubzilla version 5.3.4) and everything went smoothly.
I set it up as Social - Federation as most my contacts are on other networks.
I installed the necessary apps to be able to connect with friends on Diaspora, GNU-Social, Mastodon and Friendica.
I added my contacts from my other networks on the Fediverse and added some new ones from Hubzilla.
Everything was working fine and I was really enjoying Hubzilla. I could see/read my posts on my channel homepage. On my network stream I could see/read my friends' posts, even those on other networks, and I could see the new posts on my channel server on the public stream.
Then, I decided to take advantage of the cloning possibility offered by Hubzilla.
I opened 3 accounts on three different servers: Netzgemeinde, version 5.2.2, Libertica Space, version 5.2.1 and Tiksi@net, version 5.2.2. Everything went smoothly.
Content, contacts and settings were imported and synchronisation was working smoothly. I could post on any of them and the post would pop up on the others almost immediately!
I believe that there was a difference in Netzgemeinde because I couldn't see the Public Stream there.
But, then, I noticed that I my channel at Zotum wasn't showing me any new posts from any of my friends on the other networks. I could only see my own posts on my channel and network streams. The public stream showed me the server public posts.
Then I remembered reading this on the documentation under *Connecting To Channels*: "These networks/protocols do not support account migration and location independence so if you move location or clone your channel elsewhere, communications with these connections may fail." So, I thought that I might have messed everything up when I cloned my channel.
I ended up deleting the clones. I also removed all my connections from Zotum and added some to try to see if the problem would get solved. It didn't. Tried to clone it again to see if moving to another server would solve the problem. The import channel function couldn't perform the cloning anymore. Nor was it possible to import the channel through the exported file from Zotum.
I've added all my contacts back to my Zotum.net channel.
The situation now is as follows:
My channel homepage and my network stream give me exactly the same content: ***my publications only!***
The public stream gives me all public posts on Zetum.net.
The New Network Activity "app/box" shows me all the posts, comments and likes that my friends make on their networks and on Hubzilla, though.
This is a quite frustrating since I have to click on each of them individually if I want to see what they have been posting. From my point of view, there's little interest in having a social network that doesn't connect to other networks. That's why I left Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
My friends can also see/read my publications on their streams/timelines.
Well, I think that this is it. I hope I was able to explain everything clearly.
If someone has had any problem similar to this one and could provide any solution I would appreciate it very much. If that doesn't happen, I'll file a bug report on framagit.org in the hope that someone will help solve the problem.
