Autodetect Hubloc Issues?

I noticed on one hub that we were getting invalid signature issues in the logs. Running /fhublocs seemed to fix that issue.

Would it be good to either:

1. Notify the admin of the error somehow, and let them know to run /fhublocs
or
2. Fix it automatically when the error is detected?

Not sure why fhublocs should fix invalid signature issues. The tool was build to fix the results of a bug that was hounting us for a while (local hublocs were deleted). The tool just rebuilds the local hubloc entries. And i was confident that the bug was fixed meanwhile 🤔

@Scott M. Stolz You can always use curl in a cronjob to trigger it if you want.

@Mario Vavti Maybe these channels were affected by that bug and then were never fixed? Because when we ran it, it fixed several channels.
