According to the GDPR, the user must actively agree if content is to be loaded from third-party servers. If we use the hz openstreetmap plugin by [map][/map] the map loads without consent.

Does this also mean that most images shown in Hubzilla (images from link previews or from the poster's server) cause a similar violation if the viewer hasn't actively agreed to allow 3rd party server content?

is this really true? all the ads on websites come from 3rd party servers. and i never was asked to agree to be shown ads ...
