what ever the default language is set to in your Webbrowser will be displayed in the HZ pages... not sure if this also effects generated e-mails

No I'm not talking about how the interface language can be changed by the user. I want to know how to change the default language which is set in the very beginning, when you start setting up the hub as an admin. This setting defines for example in which language notification mails are sent out to users.
I know the parameter is saved in the database somewhere and must be changeable with a command via ssh. I just don't know the command. I mean ideally the setting should be available in the admin interface.
