Hubzilla on netcup

Hubzilla Support Forum,
I've set up a hub on a netcup webspace. But it seems that the federation doesn't work.
I got an error message by the cron daemon that sais
Warning: require_once(include/cli_startup.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/vhosts/hosting######.#####.netcup.net/michelstadt-steinbuch.de/httpdocs/Zotlabs/Daemon/Master.php on line 8
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required 'include/cli_startup.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php82/share/php82') in /var/www/vhosts/hosting######.#####.netcup.net/michelstadt-steinbuch.de/httpdocs/Zotlabs/Daemon/Master.php:8

I've tryed to set the path of cli_startup.php to the absolute path. That works but braught me to the next equal error so this couldn't be the way, I think.
What can I do before I change to another provider?
