I am seeing very similar issues posting from (streams) to SOME Hubzilla instances, including this one. Apparently I can remote-authenticate here and post this comment. But I also tried commenting from my own (streams) instance, and the comment is queued forever in the Delivery Report.
Besides hubzilla.org, I've also seen this happen with hub.inktada.com, federatedhub.org, and hubzilla.network. I think the problems started around when Hubzilla 10 came out, but I'm not sure.
Question: Do hubzilla.org and this forum have ActivityPub enabled?

Not sure if this related, but users on Hubzilla Monster cannot remotely authenticate on hubzilla.org either.
