A 'connection' is edited via the option 'content filter'
Text is entered to text box 'Do not import posts with this text' that found in content posted by the 'connection', example:
xyz
Sign out, sign in.
Content posted by 'connection' with text 'xyz', continues to be visible in list of items in module 'network'
